ANNAPASTA 
1 pt. vegetable oil
1 pt. vinegar
1 can carrots
1 can green beans
1 can small onions
1 can sweet pickles
4 cans anchovies
2 salmon
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 bottle Tabasco sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 head cauliflower

Cook and debone salmon, cut into small pieces. Combine carrots, green beans, onions, and cauliflower in pan and simmer, add mushrooms. In another pan combine vegetable oil, vinegar, salmon, pickles, stir and bring to a boil. Add the first pan to it. Stir and bring back to a boil. Add tomato sauce, Tabasco sauce, and anchovies, cook 2 to 5 minutes longer, mix well. Cool and serve. You may can this using appropriate processing time and procedures.
