LEMON BUTTER SNOWBARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 1/2 quart bowl combine crust ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended, about 1 minute. Pat into ungreased 8" square pan. Bake near center of oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on edge.

Prepare filling. Combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
