OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
3/4 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins, rounded
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup corn oil
1 egg
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, oats and raisins well. In separate container mix cinnamon, oil, egg, water, vanilla and add to flour mixture. Stir until moist. Drop by about level tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake about 14 minutes in preheated 350°F oven.
