TUNA AND SWEET PEA SALAD 
2 cans (7 oz. each) water-packed white tuna
1 1/2 c. fresh raw peas (or 10 oz. pkg. green peas, defrosted)
1/2 sm. red onion, sliced into rings
6 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
6 tbsp. low-fat lemon yogurt
2 tbsp. minced fresh (or 2 tsp. dried) mint leaves
Fresh parsley sprigs

Drain and flake tuna into a serving bowl. Mix with peas and onion. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt and mint. Stir into salad gently. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings, 255 calories each.
