TOFFEE BARS 
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. white syrup
1 (1 lb.) jar peanut butter
3 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
2 (7 oz.) Hershey bars

Melt sugar and syrup together in pan. do not boil. On low heat, add peanut butter; stir until mixed well. Add crushed Corn Flakes. Press into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Top with Hershey bars and melt a few minutes in oven. Spread and cut into squares.
