DEATH BY CHOCOLATE | |
1 pkg. Devil's Food cake 1 c. kaluha 1 lg. or 2 sm. containers Cool Whip 10 Heath or Skor candy bars, frozen then crumbled (I use a mallet to crush them) 2 pkgs. Jello chocolate mousse mix 1. Prepare cake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and poke with holes, pour kaluha over cake and refrigerate overnight. 2. At least 4 hours before serving, prepare mousse according to package instructions. 3. In large glass bowl with straight sides, if possible, layer 1/2 the cake, crumbled, 1/2 the mousse, about 1/2 of the Heath bars and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Repeat the layers reserving a little of the Heath bars to sprinkle on the top. 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy. This can serve over 20 people. Make sure when you serve this that each serving gets all the layers! |
