SPAGHETTI PIZZA 
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 1 lb. lean hamburger
1 med. green pepper, chopped
Garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt-free herb seasoning
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Black olives (optional)
Diced tomatoes (optional)

Prepare spaghetti as usual, drain. Blend milk and egg, add spaghetti; toss to coat. Spray 15x10 inch jelly roll pan and spread spaghetti mixture evenly in pan.

Brown the hamburger, onion and green peppers with the garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon mixture evenly over spaghetti. Top with mushrooms and cheese.

OPTIONAL: At this point, you can also add black olives, chopped tomatoes or green olives.

Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting. To reduce sodium, substitute "no salt added tomato sauce" and delete the optional olives.
