EASY SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
About 7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside. Mix scalded milk, butter, sugar and salt. Let cool. Add 4 cups flour; mix well. Add yeast and eggs and beat well. Add remaining flour.

Knead and let rise in covered bowl until doubled. Divide into 4 or 5 pieces. Roll our and butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut. Grease pans heavily with butter. 2/3 c. butter 3 tbsp. dark syrup

Heat over low heat until dissolved. Divide this into 4 or 5 layer tins. Put rolls on the syrup mixture. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
