GRAPEFRUIT AND CELERY SALAD 
lettuce
Strips of green pepper
2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
French Dressing
1 1/2 cups celery, cut in 1-inch lengths

Arrange lettuce in a bowl. Place grapefruit sections in a circle on lettuce. Mound celery in center. Garnish with green pepper. Serve with French dressing.

Makes 6 servings.
