LEMON CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pie shell, unbaked

Mix the ingredients with electric mixer in the order listed. Be sure to beat the eggs until very frothy. Mix in each ingredient well. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until pie is "set" and brown on top.
