ITALIAN NOCHITELLS (BOW TIES) 
6 eggs
10 tbsp. sugar
10 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Flour
Powdered sugar

Mix egg, sugar, oil, vanilla, baking powder in bowl. Add enough flour to make dough solid enough to roll out. Roll out. Cut into strips about 3 inches long, 1 1/2 inch wide. Cut slit in center. Pull 1 end through slit deep. Fry in oil. After all cooked, sprinkle powdered sugar.
