KRUSCIKI (BOW-TIES) 
12 egg yolks
Sm. container sour cream
2 lbs. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. rum or rum extract

Mix flour with salt, then with egg yolks. Add sour cream and rum. Knead on floured board until dough is very smooth. Roll out until very thin. Then cut in strips about 2 inches x 4 inches. Slit center of each strip and bring both ends through slit to make bow. Fry in deep fat, turning once, until lightly brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
