POLISH BOW TIES 
8 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 shot whiskey or rum
1 tbsp. 4x sugar
4 or more c. flour

Mix first 4 ingredients, gradually add flour and knead well. Roll out thin, cut pieces about 2 x 4 inch. Make slit in center and pull end through makes bowtie.

Fry in deep oil until golden. Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
