BOW TIES (CSEREGE) 
4 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
43 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sweet cream

Mix these ingredients together real well and make thin dough (roll out). Cut into rectangles and make a slit in the center and pull one end through this slit. Deep fry until a delicate brown. When they are done and drained, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
