HAM-CHEESE-RICE-SPINACH 
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach pkg.
4 oz. diced ham (or more)
4 oz. cubed Swiss cheese (or more)
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. "instant" rice

Add onions to spinach, cook and drain well. Beat eggs slightly with milk. Add rice and garlic salt. Add spinach, cheese and ham. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.

I use more ham and cheese and bake closer to an hour or more.
