CREAMY POTATO PUFF 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. minced or chopped dry onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
4 c. hot mashed potatoes, instant or real

Combine the softened cream cheese and potatoes. Mix until well blended. Add the egg, onion, salt and pepper. Place in an 8 to 10 inch square casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
