PAN SUPPER 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked lentils
1 (7 oz.) can tuna chunks, drained

In large frying pan with tight-fitting lid, combine the first 4 ingredients, stirring occasionally, as they simmer 5 minutes. Add lentils and tuna. Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
