OVEN FRIED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions

Mix all together in casserole. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
