OVEN FRIED HERBED POTATOES 
2 lbs. russet potatoes, cut into 2" cubes
6 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
Pepper & salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine potatoes, oil, garlic, herbs, and pepper in large bowl and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on baking pan. Bake until brown and cooked through, turning once for about an hour. Season potatoes to taste with salt and serve immediately.
