MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans nuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Mix the first 7 (seven) ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows immediately, then cover with icing.

ICING:

1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. pecan nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over cake.
