SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE' II 
2 med. sweet potatoes, shredded
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
