1 lg. can sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. milk (about)
1/2-1 c. raisins
Marshmallows (mini)

Drain potatoes and beat them; add the butter, sugar (adjust amount to your taste), vanilla, egg and cinnamon. Add enough milk to make it light and fluffy. Stir in raisins.
