GEORGIE SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. angle flake coconut

Mix thoroughly and pour into buttered casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix topping with fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
