MICROWAVE CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) whole chicken fryer, cut up
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
paprika

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in pie pan or plate with edges. Melt butter; stir in garlic powder.

Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dip in garlic/butter mixture. Roll in crumbs. Sprinkle in paprika.

Arrange in 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes.

Rearrange chicken (do not turn). Cover. Cook on High 8 to 12 minutes until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
