CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into lined cupcake holders until full. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes for large cups, 30 minutes for small cups. Cool 5 minutes. Mix filling, except for cherries. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to each cupcake and then top with 1 teaspoon of cherry filling. Bake 5 minutes more.
