CHEESY POTATOES | |
8 medium potatoes 1 stick butter 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 cup chopped cooked bacon Peel and cut potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash. Mix in butter. Mix in sour cream and 3/4 cup of bacon, and 1 cup of the cheese. Spread potatoes in caserole dish. Sprinkle with remaning cheese and bacon. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
