AUNT MARY'S CORN PUDDING 
1 pt. fresh or thawed frozen corn
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. or 2 sm. eggs

Add corn to saucepan, stir in sugar, cornmeal, salt. Add milk and butter. Then heat until nearly boiling. Next add beaten egg(s). Put all ingredients into greased Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Pudding is done when knife comes clean at center. Recipe is easily doubled.
