SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs, beaten well
1 pt. scalded milk
3 tbsp. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. whole kernel yellow corn, ground in food chopper or blender
Dash of pepper

Add all ingredients to beaten eggs, except milk and corn. Mix well. Next, add scalded milk and ground corn, mixing well. Pour into well-buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees until firm, approximately 40 minutes.
