CORN FRITTERS (SOUTHERN BREAD) 
Combine 1 egg and 1 can of creamed corn. Add enough self rising flour to make the mixture about the consistency of muffin mix. Drop by spoon into hot oil. Fry until light golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towel. Serve with individual bowls of honey to dip the fritter.
