2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cut corn (4 ears white corn)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. light cream

Saute corn in melted butter for 1 minute; add sugar and cream. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Do not overcook. Serves 3 to 4.
