Rubber spatula
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) container whipped cream

Cream together sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. With rubber spatula fold in whipped cream. Put in graham cracker crust. Garnish with fruit or chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour. Serves 4.
