CHICKEN L'ORANGE | |
1 lb. skinned and boned chicken 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger Rinse chicken. Combine salt, orange juice, soy sauce, and ginger. Place chicken in shallow pan, brush with orange sauce mixture. Bake about 35 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 2. |
