CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
4 whole, lg. chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved
1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

With meat mallet pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Moisten chicken with water, dip into bread crumbs. Brown chicken over medium heat, about 2 minutes per side. Alternate chicken and Mozzarella cheese in oven safe dish, overlap slightly. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
