CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
Milk (approximately 1 tbsp.)
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
2-3 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken into egg/milk mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. In large skillet with oil, brown chicken. Cover bottom of 2 1/2-3 quart casserole dish with thin layer of sauce. Place chicken breasts in single layer in casserole.

Cover each piece of chicken with sauce, then top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, until cheese melts and begins to brown.
