OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
5 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken into evaporated milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place skin side up in ungreased rectangular pan; drizzle with butter. Bake until done, about 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
