OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA | |
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. paprika 1 chicken fryer, cut up (2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lbs.) 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken into evaporated milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place skin sides up in ungreased rectangular 13"x9"x2" pan; drizzle with butter. Bake until done, about 1 hour. Serves 6. |
