PORK CHOPS WITH RICE AND
SHERRIED MUSHROOM SAUCE
 
6 pork chops, browned
1 c. long grain rice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sherry
1 can golden mushroom soup

Butter a large baking dish. Spread rice in dish. Arrange chops on rice and pour on soup, sherry and orange juice over chops. Sprinkle onion soup on top. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees.
