MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef stew meat
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2-3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (add about 3 oz. milk for desired consistency)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients, shape into loaf and place in casserole. Score top and pour a line of catsup down the center. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
