PECAN LOAF 
1/4 lb. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. McKay's Chicken Seasoning
1 pkg. George Washington Golden Broth
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. Farmer Style cottage cheese
3 to 4 c. Special K or other dry cereal flakes, crushed
1 (13 oz.) can Soyameat Chicken Style, diced

Saute onion in butter. Beat eggs with milk. Mix all ingredients and pour into oiled casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
