CHICKEN IN A HURRY 
1 whole frying chicken, cut up
1 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt

Combine Italian salad dressing, honey and salt in 10 or 12 inch frying pan. Mix well. Place cut up chicken (with skin on or off), into the mixture in the frying pan. Brown uncovered at medium low heat on each side, about 15 minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for 35-45 minutes or until done. Chicken can be turned half way through cooking. The juice after the chicken is removed can be served over rice.
