MEAT LOAF 
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 lbs. ground meat

Beat egg. Add spices and bread crumbs. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add to eggs and spices with onions. Add beef and cheese. Mix well and put into casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
