PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic in oil 3 minutes then remove
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. bite size green peppers
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. stock or bouillon
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut steak in strips 2 inches long. Heat oil and cook meat until tender. Add onions, peppers and ginger to meat. Cook about 2 minutes longer. Blend cornstarch with stock and soy sauce, cook stirring constantly until thickens. Serve over rice.
