BRUNCH ORANGE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice (juice from 1 orange)

Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add sour cream to butter-sugar mixture alternately with dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. Add nuts, raisins, orange peel to batter. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Batter will be thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove muffins from cups while warm, dip them into glaze and cool on wire rack. Makes 36 muffins.
