11 c. apple sauce
6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red cinnamon oil or oil of cloves or cinnamon red hots candy
Red food coloring
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine and cook for 20 minutes. Pour into jars and seal.
