MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. grated cheese, Cheddar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. refried beans
10 oz. pkg. tortillas (8)

Brown beef and onions and drain. Add taco seasoning and jar of salsa. In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer tortillas, then beans, meat and cheese. Make 2 or 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and is cooked through - about 25 to 30 minutes.
