SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
3 c. flour

Cream sugar, butter and eggs; add sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes in springform pan or bundt pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
