BAKED BEANS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 large can pork and beans
1 can tomato sauce with tomato bits

Brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Add onions, peppers and celery. Sauté until celery is done. Add mustard, sugar, vinegar and garlic. Then add tomato sauce and beans last.

Bake in baking dish at 350°F for 30 minutes. Excellent for potluck or covered dish dinners.
