(MOIST) DRESSING FOR TURKEY OR
PORK
 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. onions, diced
1 (1 lb.) loaf white bread, toasted & dried
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tbsp. sage
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. parsley (fresh or dried)
3 eggs, beaten slightly

Melt butter, add celery and onions and saute for 15 minutes, or until tender. In cold water soak a few slices of the bread at a time and squeeze. Pour butter mixture over bread and add seasonings. Lastly, add eggs and mix lightly with 2 forks. Bake in 11"x14" pan in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
