CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup
1 1/4 cans water
Pieces of raw chicken, equal to 1 whole chicken
1/3 c. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

In a 9 x 13 inch pan put the uncooked rice, the chicken rice soup and the water. Place over it the pieces of raw chicken. You might want to use all thighs, legs, etc., as your family prefers. Sprinkle dry soup mix over chicken and pour undiluted mushroom soup over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Cover and continue to bake 1/2 hour more.
