CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 c. cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Chicken breasts (skinned) or cubed pieces

Blend soup and water in casserole or pan. Stir in most of the onion soup. Mix, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top. Add rice and place chicken on top. Sprinkle with the remaining soup mix. Bake, covered removing cover last 20 minutes to brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
